General practitioners
Patient Connect and Family Care Medical Service are partnered closely with General Practitioners throughout South East Queensland and Sydney.
As part of Patient Connects service to our GPs, we send weekly Patient Reports to our GPs informing them of alarm triggers and care response they their patients have needed from their Home Healthcare Alarm.
The Patient Reports can be loaded into the clinics local medical software, ensuring that General Practitioners have each patients up to date information there when they need it.
