Patient Connect provides its services to Government Departments, Retirement Villages, as well as Community Groups and individuals across Queensland.

Patient Connect’s Home Healthcare Alarms are a simple and reliable “one touch” alarm to call friends, family or an ambulance if needed.  Unlike other Personal Alarm services, we are connected with an Afterhours home visiting doctor that can visit you in your own home if you need medical support.   Additionally, our doctors can offer complimentary medication ‘starter packs’ if required.
